Janet D’souza, a License Holder under Regulation 9, has been a Promoter & Director of the Company since its inception in 1999. A Commerce Graduate from Bombay University and Diploma Holder in Import-Export, with 29 years of experience, including in various MNCs like Hutchison Max Telecom, Bayer (India), Sandoz (India), Garware Plastics & Polyester, etc., in the field of Import & Exports.

She is a dynamic individual with the ability to visualize the needs of Corporate Importers & Exporters. Through intense dedication and commitment, within a short span of 5 years has propelled Excel Exim Services (India) Private Limited to the ‘Numero Uno’ Custom House Agent position as rated by Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd.

Louis D’souza, Co-promoter of the Company, holds a Post-Graduate degree in Management from Narsee Monjee College of Management, with 30 years of varied experience in the Purchase/Logistics Division of MNCs like Hughes Telecom, Hutchison, Max India, Gujarat Propack, etc. Worked as Director - Sites & Material (Logistics) for Hughes Telecom Limited, now Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited, where he served as General Manager (Sites & Logistics) till June 2005.

He joined the family business as Working Director and with great vision and industrial foresight has been instrumental in shaping the future of the Company, diversifying in the areas of Freight Forwarding and Logistics.

Lloyd D’souza, joined as a working Director in February, 2007. He is a young, highly energetic and hard working technocrat. He Has completed a Masters Degree in Engineering and a Masters in Technology and Innovation Management from Sussex University, UK.

With the family business growing and considerable need for broad-base management, joined the family business to add innovative ideas to the management and operations of the existing business. Largely responsible for streamlining processes, minimizing organizational waste, incorporating CSR and providing a technological edge to the Company and supporting the diversification and expansion plans of the Company.
